LST-File not working with D81

When a LST-file contains .D64-images, it works fine. But using .D81-images in a LST-file, I cannot choose this file.

Limits are:

• mixed .lst doesn't make sense and isn't supported
• for some reason switching between d81's in 1581 emulation mode, doesn't refresh the directory - i.e. memory somewhere in the emulation, but loading e.g. "*" loads the selected image... Haven't found a way to invalidate the pi1581 memory (yet).
