Can flutter-inappwebview run a hardened javascript SES environment ?

a lot of browser and browser extensions are using Endo SES - https://github.com/endojs/endo/tree/master/packages/ses - to run hardened javascript in isolated environments.
is it possible to force a tab to operate in SES ? and have the other tabs work normally ?
