Is anyone making GS from chaotic city night scenes on a Mac that can help me?

I would appreciate anyone's workflow, from image capture to editing/toning images to Colmap (or whatever SfM you use) to using opensplat to then editing or cleaning up the splat to viewing/displaying it.

But I'm struggling as I come from an analogue photography background, not a computer vision or computer animation etc. background. So while I'm techy/nerdy to some of my peers compared to the average GitHub user I'm a proper newb.
