For those that receive the HRIT feed that may not be aware of some possible spectrum allocation changes you may wish to review the following documents:
An RFI for commercial vendors to propose alternatively solutions:

You can also go to one of the following (depending on maintainance sometimes specific links are down, you only need to get to one)

And follow the following steps from the Program Director.
A login is not required. At the bottom of the webpage, click the text that states: "Help us keep you up to date with changes and anomalies!" to open the
DRO registration page. Providing updated direct receive information will help NOAA develop a better awareness of L-band receiver use and impact.
The current system limits registrations to one per e-mail address. If necessary, please use an alternate email address; we apologize for the inconvenience.

WARNING. This is all well beyond NOAA's limit control and the attempt to grab that spectrum for various commerical land-mobile operations have been going on for years. NOAA, and the other large users of the GOES/DCS system, absolutely wish to continue the HRIT service going forward as it is one of the single most stable ways data has been received from remote sensors. DO NOT harasses the NOAA folks about this. Provide the information you are willing to of your usage so they can properly respond to the to the various reports and data calls showing how valuable the GOES, both DCS and image feeds, are to both the real-time government users and those just curious about weather science.
If you can think of anywhere else this needs to go, definitely let those groups no. This is just the first open that comes to mind as we (OpenDCS) feed lrgs.opendcs.org with a home based unit using this software.
