readVCF error

Hi, all!

When I try to read a vcf file, I get this error, could you help me in solving it?

VCF_readIntoCodeMatrix :: Malformed GT field!
Error in 1:numusedcols : NA/NaN argument
In addition: Warning message:
In readVCF("sensibles_jardin_original.recodecomp.vcf.gz", frompos = 1,  :
  NAs introduced by coercion
