There are problems with these numbers anyhow (they do not measure the same thing as REMIND does), but this is just ridiculous.

@JakobBD As Michaja is no longer with us, it is up to you to decide what to do about it. Can we close it, or should we pick sources?

I'm not really qualified to say, as I don't know these historical data sets at all.
Suggestion:

• Throw out WEO 2021 and ETP (since WEO2023 is the most recent).
• Only comment the lines in the source code.
• Add a note to the plot saying that these data sets can be uncommented to be included again.
• Add a source code comment to the commented lines that they shouldn't be deleted.

I just checked and noticed that with the latest historical.mif, IEA WEO 2021 is no longer included anyways.

Happy to remove IEA ETP as well. Btw, the function showLinePlots has a parameter histModelsExclude to list models that should not be included for the plot. This makes commenting out code or adding notes unnecessary.
