UNFCCC emissions data mapping for historical.mif inconsistent

The UNFCCC data we have in our historical.mif is wrong/incomplete:

when doing sums of the reported variables, I don't get to the totals.

this needs to be checked and solved

At least a part of it seems to be due to the mapping having some gaps, e.g. Pulp and Paper should probably be mapped to other Industry:

We also have the Emi|CO2|Extraction variable here, which maybe rather should be something like Emi|CO2|Energy|Supply|Fuels but this might be overlapping with the other supply variables we are currently using?

Beyond that I would like to transfer this to @fbenke-pik who worked on the UNFCCC data.

If the problem are incomplete or faulty mappings, the responsibility is with the sector experts, not with RSE, as we don't have the domain knowledge to fix it. But I can assist with testing and validating mapping fixes.

@robertpietzcker Please reach out to suitable people in the respective teams to help with fixing this.

These mappings originally were provided by Silvia for Industry and Marianna for Transport roughly four years ago. As far as I remember, Silvia had problems finding exact counterparts to REMIND variables back then, so I am not surprised that things don't add up. I personally never had the expectation that things would add up due to slightly different variable definitions in REMIND and UNFCCC.
