I don't know if this is in the CDR part or the energy part, but as I just assigned a clean-up of carbon management variables to @tabeado , this one goes to you, @fschreyer :-) feel free to shift to someone else if you think they are more suited.

Only EU21 scenarios have these summation check errors but they are in the model since August 2024.
@fschreyer this was around the time the waste emissions accounting was introduced. Could it be that something is off with the share calculation based on IEA data for EU21?

This might also be due to buildlibrary checking old gdx files. Let's see, if an update to REMINDV3.5 gdx files only fixes the big discrepancies. The smaller deviations are likely due to waste emission shares and are discussed in this issue.
