Doesn't play well with vim-fugitive.

This causes some weird buggy behaviour when combined with [fugitive](https://github.com/tpope/vim-fugitive).
I'm not sure if this is an issue with the way git-confirm works or with fugitive. 
I'll investigate further when I have a bit more time.
