Google Translate unexpectedly injects trailing PR contributor metadata into Japanese release notes #687

Description

Describe the bug
On the release notes pages of Japanese docs, the PR contributor / issue metadata (for example #18613 @LykxSassinator) is unexpectedly inserted into the middle of the translated sentence. This affects the readability of Japanese docs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a Japanese release notes page that contains a bullet item ending with PR metadata such as #18613 @LykxSassinator.
  2. Observe that the trailing PR metadata is injected into the sentence body instead of staying at the end.

Expected behavior
The PR contributor / issue metadata should not be moved into the middle of the sentence during translation. It should remain as a trailing suffix, or ideally be structurally separated from the release note sentence so machine translation does not treat it as part of the sentence.

Screenshots
The injected #18613 @LykxSassinator segment appears in the middle of the Japanese sentence.

In English, the #18613 @LykxSassinator segment appears at the end of the sentence.

Additional context
This seems to affect release notes entries where contributor / issue metadata is appended inline at the end of the bullet text. Separating that metadata from the sentence body may help avoid unexpected reordering by machine translation.
