Description
Feature: Allow users to add images to a project as reference material (mood boards, style frames, color palettes, screenshots, brand assets, etc.), alongside the video library.
Behavior:
Upload: Team members who can upload videos can also upload images into a project. Upload flow should be similar to videos: drag-and-drop or file picker, with a clear way to add reference images without mixing them with videos.
Organization: Reference images live in the project and are visually distinct from videos (e.g., separate section, tab, or area) so it’s clear what is a reviewable video vs. a reference asset.
Access: Anyone who can access the project can view reference images. They are part of the project, not hidden behind extra permissions.
Basic management: Users who can upload can delete reference images. No need for comments, timestamps, or workflow status on images—they are reference-only.
Simplicity: Keep the feature minimal: upload, view, delete. No versioning, approval, or complex metadata at first.
