Add support for comment threads

Issue

Currently, when interacting with a reply, the only available action is Delete. Users cannot respond to an existing reply.

Allow for nested replies in comments

Implement support for nested replies within comment threads.
Users should be able to reply to an existing reply via a "Reply" option in the overflow menu.
The UI should visually indicate the parent comment that each reply is responding to within the thread hierarchy.
Additionally, users should be able to collapse or expand individual replies within the thread.

collapse or expand individual comments within a reply thread? how about the whole reply thread instead? if you go look in a thread, you're goign to want to look at that thread in full, no collapse/fold some comments of that thread.

Also, regarding "replying to replies" this needs specification imo. My prefered way is once a "main" thread comment gets replied to, it indents a child thread and that's it, we don't let children comments have their own potential child. What i'm saying is nesting should be of one level, not more, it's bad UX and really uncessary for video project. if you want multiple threads within that one main comment, just create a a new comment on main thread
