[Bug]: After updating, T3 Code hangs on launch

I haven't been able to reproduce this since I couldn't find all the caches to delete to get T3 Code back to its original state.

Expected behavior

It shouldn't hang.

Actual behavior

It hangs.

0.0.11 (but when downgrading, it still hangs)

Workaround

Its nice that T3 Code uses the actual harness, so using the codex desktop app still works and keeps all my threads.

If I knew where the caches were, I could delete them and it would prob launch and i could probably get a repro.

Check the logs in ~/.t3/userdata for any errors

There aren't any errors in ~/.t3/userdata/log.

i have no idea what i did, but it just launched. weird.
