Make UAT easier for someone actually using the tool aswell

UAT is becoming tricky to do in a comprehensive fashion - at least when it is just 1 person doing it. There are multiple tricky things that we should find a solution for

1. You need to not worry about effing up your actual Donna setup - otherwise testing is not going to be as brutal and comprehensive as it should
2. What if I do not have anything relevant for <tool type>? As part of UAT tooling, there should be a useful CLI, Rest API, GraphQL APi and an MCP server that can be run
   Bonus points if these tools can somehow be told to change a little bit (version, field names, etc) in order for the poor human to be able to test relearn-tools.
