Extract possible tasks from various notes

After a meeting, I will often have some follow-up actions that I should add to my task list. These can either be captured in my notes (although listening and taking notes is very difficult for me) or perhaps in a transcript of the meeting (e.g. like Microsoft Teams can make).

Sources to ingest (not sure if they actually need anything different to be done as they are essentially just text files):
