The Kotlin 1.3.50 is too old to upgrade Kotlin 1.7+

Currently, we are using Kotlin 1.3.50. since Kotlin only support 4 versions, we are blocked from upgrade to Kotlin 1.7+ or higher.

Hi @techwnn. This package has not been updated for more than 18 months and the author has stopped responding to issues or pull requests.

Consider switching to flutter_timezone which is a fork of this repo.
