Location with the name "Europe/Kiev" doesn't exist

Hello. Probably it's a similar issue as with

• Asia/Saigon
• Asia/Calcutta

Europe/Kiev was renamed to Europe/Kyiv in 2022.
There is a thread about this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/71829570/how-and-where-should-i-suggest-a-rename-of-an-existing-timezone-name

This plugin hasn't been updated in 3 years now 🙂 Consider switching to flutter_timezone which is a fork of this repo.

That being said, neither version of the plugin contain their own timezone database. They only pass on the timezone name reported by the underlying platform.
