Improve Application and AgentId list table

The Application and AgentId tables were introduced in #12673.

• Changes in Improve usage of serviceUid and applicationUid module #12673
  • Reserve space for serviceUid
  • Separated Application and AgentId tables to improve performance
  • Dropped applicationUid

Since applicationUid has been dropped, further improvements will be addressed in this issue.
