Rule for Java naming conventions

When defining the Java rules, I considered this specification:

### JAVA-001 - Naming Conventions
**Context**: Naming classes, methods, variables, and constants in Java code

- **JAVA-001.1**: Class names must use PascalCase (e.g., `MovieService`, `CheckoutFacade`)
- **JAVA-001.2**: Method and variable names must use camelCase (e.g., `createCheckout`, `movieRepository`)
- **JAVA-001.3**: Constants must use SCREAMING_SNAKE_CASE with `private static final` (e.g., `MAX_RETRY_COUNT`)
- **JAVA-001.4**: Package names must use lowercase flatcase (e.g., `com.asaas.example.core.domain.movie`)

My motivation: more detailed specifications help the AI be more accurate. However, this rule raised a question in my team:

"The JAVA-001.1, JAVA-001.2, JAVA-001.3, and JAVA-001.4 rules describe patterns that are already established in Java. Is it worth spending context on that? I assume the AI should already follow them even without these instructions."
