Add IPv6 Integration Tests #427
Description
Currently GitHub Actions doesn't support IPv6 so we can't add these tests.
I just spent the last two days fixing IPv6 related issues. e0db6d2 and fb4760c, but I don't have confidence that they will stay fixed.
GitHub has closed as WONTFIX actions/runner-images#668 so maybe we need to run our ice tests on a 3rd party provider?
