Bot message unexpectedly appends spoken text on quoted output or non-latin characters

Not sure what exactly is tripping up the karaoke highlighting, but it's probably either the quotes or non-latin characters.

This was tested using:

• Pipecat 0.0.103
• OpenAI LLM
• Cartesia TTS
• Soniox STT

The issue seems to stem from Cartesia sending text fragments like you?"is, which trips up the matcher, because the unspoken text is you?" is (including the whitespace). I'm unsure if this is a service level bug.
