dependabot for Linstor images

Currently new versions for Linstor server require a manual code change. Also new releases are delayed.
Please check if dependabot can take over this process.

I don't think dependabot is up for the task sadly. However, I believe https://docs.renovatebot.com would be able to update the docker-bake.hcl file.

Argh, you mean the HCL file and the format of the version reference is not understood by the bot?
But how would you solve it by Renovate? Doesn't it have the same limitations?

I think I've managed to create a renovate configuration that works. At least it already shows that it would update DRBD and also ktls-utils 😄
