How to move the sidebar to the right using userChrome.css?

Firefox has the option. You don't need to use userChrome.css to do that.
Old style sidebar:

That can indeed be done, but I still want to do it through userChrome.css

+1 for moving the sidebar with userChrome.css

I deploy Firefox declaratively including all addons, about:config changes, bar layouts. The ability to move TST -> to the Right, declaratively would be the greatest!
