[Bug] Import Button not working in `about:addons`

Abstract

Development > All Configs > Import button doesn't work unless it's clicked in open this options page in more wide space

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Firefox with clean profile.
2. Install TST.
3. Click Development > All Configs > Import button.
4. Nothing happens.

Expected result

file picker modal opens.

Actual result

clicked Import button a lot but nothing happens.

Environment

• Platform (OS): MacOS
• Version of Firefox: 136.0b6 (aarch64)
• Version (or revision) of Tree Style Tab: 4.1.3

This looks to be a bug of Firefox itself. <input type="file"> looks unfunctionable in about:addons. Hmm...
