Language Translations

• Tutors should be able to add new translations from either an international language to a local language or vice versa for example English -> Luganda .

• User should be able to view the different translations according to topics and sub topics for easier browsing.

Tasks:

• Tutors should be able to add new translations to topics in both the local language and English.

• All keys words should be searchable so you should consider adding a search term to the model
