Use leaflet-omnivore to pull in KINBER KML files

KINBER's online map frequently falls behind reality. We're able to get the most up-to-date map by emailing. We could set up our own thing pretty easily with leaflet-omnivore to consume the KML and project it on a Leaflet map.

We may not actually want to do this on https://pittmesh.net/index.html itself, but rather on a subpage as pittmesh.net may soon become maps.metamesh.org.
