IAM steps and screens are older and not currently applicable

While creating PCF on AWS platform using this document, I have observed that this document is using older references of AWS console where the workflow and screens for IAM setup is not up-to-date. Here, all the screenshots are old and AWS has changed the flow of user creation that is not as per this document.
