When running help --no-redact should say not to redact the IAAS values

Just a simple issue, the description for no-redact aka not to redact says that it will redact values... need to add a "Do not" or something similar to the front.

Also a super pedantic thing I noticed.

Descriptions should be consistent in using a capital letter as the first letter of the description. It would be better to use a capital as this helps reading multiple line descriptions, as the first line starts with a capital. and other ones start with lower case.
