`artifact_path` expects the artefact in the same product_slug.

Since pivnet is using the product_slug to find the artefacts in harbor, there is not way to reference the artefacts that are available under different project name (product slug) in harbor.

would be nice to allow reference to artefacts that are different harbor project than the current product.
