CF Onboarding shouldn't assume familiarity with Tracker

Newer employees, especially designers, may have **no experience** with Tracker. Yes, really.

Please allow for this in the CF Onboarding program, perhaps by providing a Story #0 that shows how to move stories from the Icebox to the Backlog, warns students to keep stories in order, and so on.
