Starting out: Specify a terminal window is needed

In the first post-Welcome story, the first step is to run `brew install go`. I didn't know I had to do this in a Linux shell, so I searched for brew in the MacOS Spotlight. Oops.

Please add an instruction to open a terminal. Maybe suggest good terminal programs for us newbies.
