I had an issue a while ago with certifi (see the StackOverflow question, this seems to be fixed in between.

A helpful user showed me the FAQ of piwheels and today it appeared in the same project for pyee.

I clear pip caches, pipenv caches, re-locked, synced the whole repo, but always the following error occurs.
So this is my last hope here.

in between I deactivated piwheels systemwide on my Raspi.
