combobox for default particle - load file ?

I saw we can get default particles using
Load - Default Emiters.
Can be change that into combobox to select for editing and then to save to our project work.
What file is need to get into Load dialog ?

The same dialog has the load file option to load the JSON that you get from saving. It appears that the textfield for pasting JSON content into is not functioning, so that one is out for now.
