Standalone Electron version

It would be great to have a standalone Electron version of the editor. The benefits of this would be to have a much better workflow in regards to file management, ie. save and load - with recent files jump list.

Actually now that I look at the repo code it seems that there is a standalone installer for NW.js. Maybe that already has the features I mentioned.

The editor probably needs a refresh here. I'd be in favor of an Electron build.

The tests in pixi-particles are already done with Electron so it might not even be a huge amount of work.
