Show the portal experience before the README pitch

The README described the product well but made visitors imagine the interface from text alone. Add real screenshots from a demo workspace so the dashboard, pipeline, and AI prep flow are visible immediately.

Constraint: README should stay lightweight while still proving the product is usable.
