Editor filter and search options for managing back issues

Describe the problem you would like to solve
For journals with a long publishing history, e.g. 50-100 years of archives, the Back Issues page is difficult to navigate in its current form since every issue is listed in order. For journals with multiple issues per year, the list become quite long.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be helpful to be able use filters and search to locate specific issues.
