After upgrading to OJS 3.5.0.2 QuickSubmit is not working #112

Greetings,
After upgrading to OJS 3.5.0.2, I tried installing a plugin from the Plugin Gallery, but I received the message: "Plugin already installed, and is newer than the version available in the gallery." However, I cannot find it under Installed Plugins or in Tools.
Could you please advise?
