Revise RequestContext and TransportContext

How we are currently doing it has a lot of downsides and these issues are becoming more apparent as Rama grows. A big issue here is that these things are stateful. Ideally we make all these things stateless and calculate them on the fly with the breadcrumbs left in Extensions.
