Build checksums and signatures

Have automated ways of generating checksums in Github pipeline builds and signatures for when I release something

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Modrinth had an impersonating user who claimed to be me and was distributing malware. To make this more difficult (even though it's not going to be foolproof) it would be good to sign releases with a digital signature.
