To help users with using the SDK/CLI, add a tips section to the documentation.

This can begin with a tip for how to get the files downloaded with planet orders download: tip

Note: We need to put into place a testing framework to make sure the tips don't go stale. This is a bigger issue but blocks the development of this section.
