What would you like?
I would very much welcome a distribution of roles, as I think that a switch is too much for some people with admin rights. That's why I would like it to be possible to set rights or perhaps even create roles. I would find the plugin function very useful, perhaps also to expand Planka, e.g. with AI or other features.
