Dear community :)
Hope someone can give advise.
Tried to pip install and got the above mentioned fault message.
This is on a x86 rapbian os on a virtualbox
Have upgraded pip and pip3

It is interesting all these verisions of python and opencv plays me a bit 'round the stage here.

You need to use python 3.8
opencv-python==4.3.0.36 is not available when you use python 3.9

I too have the same problem but i removed version now it gets resolved
