plantuml.com returns no content despite server being up

Describe the bug

I'm experiencing an issue where accessing plantuml.com does not return any content, although the server responds with a 200 status to HEAD requests, indicating the server is operational.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://plantuml.com/

Expected behavior

The web contents will be shown.
