Issue when loading R tcltk package

When trying to load the tcllk package which is installed when building an environment with this template, I get this error message:

It happens whenever I use R in the terminal, an R notebook or under RStudio interface.

Yes. This is expected in a web-based environment.
Tk is graphical toolkit used to build Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) that are not supported in Jupyter that is a web interface.
