Add more details in the environment panel

For the moment, the environment panel shows:

• the name of the environment
• the repository URL
• the reference to the repository
• the memory limit
• the CPU limit
• the status
• and a button to delete the env

Since we have more and more environments available on the same server, we need additional details about the environments:

• login of the user who created the env
• date the env has been built

Ideally, the columns of the table listing all available environments should be sortable and searchable.
