Describe the bug

• Link which should end up redirecting to https://blog.plasticlabs.ai/archive/ARCHIVED;-Introducing-Honcho's-Dialectic-API in README.md instead 404s, making it dead. I chose my wording here carefully, see further below.

Describe the solution you'd like

• I would recommend fixing this on the web server end by adding appropriate redirects, rather than "fixing" it by swapping the URL inside README.md, cuz the former removes an SEO penalty and systematically fixes other potentially dead links when implemented for all archived blog posts whereas the latter would mask the deeper problem. I'd also recommend guarding against the antipattern of blog post archiving/migrations by adjusting processes to account for the importance of ancient links in algos
