Work with Nathan Schneider to consolidate ioo.coop/directory into directory.platform.coop

A snapshot of ioo.coop/directory data kicked this project off. It seems counterproductive to have multiple directories in the Platform Coop space. Would be beneficial to fold the ioo.coop effort into this Directory. Trebor remarked that Nathan was amenable to this idea.
