Allow users to authenticate via CMDI and load their profile data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Users with registered directory accounts should be able to authenticate via these accounts, and once they have done so, they should be able to populate the tool recommendation interface with data about their co-op's profile (if present).

Allow authentication via OAuth, then grant authenticated users access to their individual and co-op profiles.
