platformio/framework-zephyr - Missing boards

Zephyr RTOS is not showing an updated list of Boards.

When compared to the GIt Repo the list is missing:

Würth Elektronik » Oceanus-I EV

As an example. I am trying to devlope with this board with PIO but its not in the list of boards.

How do I force PIO to follow the latest GIT commit.
