Annotation camera lerp duration

I'd love to get to control the movement duration for the lerping camera movement when jumping from one annotation to another. Can this be exposed (globally) in settings schema?

I think we want to keep this consistent across scenes....but the current speed needs tuning (at least, that's what I believe @slimbuck said when I heard him talking about this recently).

Perhaps your're right. Right now I'm not even sure there is a lerp involved, but it relies on moveDamping values of the OrbitController.
